The information you provide to Happy Pos / JKM Technologies is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. Happy Pos / JKM Technologies will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.

Welcome to the Happy Pos / JKM Technologies Web Site (the "Site"). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (the "Terms"). The Click2Collect solution and websites are managed and hosted by HappyPOS and JKM Technologies, we provide the solution that enables the purchase to occur between the Merchant (identified in the footer) and the Purchaser. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not use the Site. Happy Pos / JKM Technologies may from time to time modify or revise the Terms by updating this web page. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your use of the Site.
Sales Terms and Conditions
All transactions for goods made using Click2Collect are between the Merchant (in the footer) who is responsible for providing any goods/services purchased and the Purchaser. Happy Pos / JKM Technologies ("the Vendor") are responsible for handling the transaction only, which are subject to the following conditions which shall form part and govern the contract of sale, excluding any handling of funds and such issues may be resolved between Merchant and Puchaser. Acceptance of goods shall be deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of sale. Any term sought to be imposed by a Purchaser either in a document or otherwise that conflicts with or adds to these conditions is not accepted. No agent or representative of the Vendor has authority to vary these conditions unless accepted in writing by a director of Happy Pos / JKM Technologies, hereinafter referred to as "a director".
1. Price and Payment
1.1 All prices are correct at time of ordering, any unexpected changes will be communicated by the Merchant to the Purchaser. The Vendor is not responsible for the price.
1.2 All invoices are due for payment on the date shown on the invoice at the time of ordering. Payment is made in sterling unless otherwise agreed in writing by a director.
2. Availability of Goods
2.1 The Merchant will use its best endeavours to comply with the date named for despatch or delivery which date is given and intended as estimate only and is not to be the essence of the contract. If owing to non-availability of the goods or any other causes beyond the Merchant’s control, the Merchant shall be unable to effect delivery hereunder it shall be at liberty to determine the contract or part thereof by giving notice in writing to the Purchaser.
3. Property and Risk
3.1 For so long as any amounts remain owing from the Purchaser to the Merchant (whether immediately due or not) title to the property of the goods shall remain in the Merchant and ownership will not pass to the Purchaser until the Merchant has received payment in full.
4. Design Variation
4.1 Dishes may vary slightly subject to availability of ingredients, any major changes or discrepancies will be resolved between Merchant and Purchaser.
5.1 The Purchaser/Cardholder must notify the Merchant of any issues within 24 hours of receiving an order. Orders are purchased from the Merchant by the Purchaser and Happy POS accepts no liability for fulfilment or the goods purchased, all issues or claims must be resolved between the Merchant details in the footer and the Purchaser.
9.1 These terms are subject to UK law.
9.2 If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or the enforceability of the remainder of the conditions.
9.3 In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Website (the "Site") is used to order food/drink for immediate consumption on premises or scheduled for same day collection so there are no returns. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed therefore, we cannot accept cancellations once you have received confirmation. Advanced orders may be cancelled prior to the scheduled preparation time at our discretion. If you wish to cancel an advanced order, please contact the Merchant (details in the footer) to find out if your order is eligible for cancellation.
Whilst Happy Pos / JKM Technologies make every effort to keep this web site up to date and available for use we cannot guarantee either the accuracy or completeness of its content, or its permanent availability. Please contact us, if you have any concerns, before relying on specific information. Online Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions
Any discounts or offers displayed online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available for online bookings. Once purchased online, tickets shall not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Online tickets are already discounted from standard gate entry prices.
Tickets are non- transferable and cannot be re-sold.
This booking system permits the customer to purchase tickets for a specific date as displayed on the tickets. Tickets which have expired will not be accepted.
Please print out your barcode with unique number and present upon arrival at the farm park OR show this to our staff on your smart phone upon arrival.
Prices are correct at the time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
If the purchaser is unable to attend Matlock Farm Park on the date booked, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to change the date of your visit, subject to availability. Refunds are only permitted with 48 hours’ notice.
In the unlikely event of Matlock Farm Park having to close due to unforeseen/emergency circumstances, notification will be posted on our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/matlockfarmpark. Please check our facebook page prior to your visit. In a situation of unexpected closure, a full refund of the purchase can be given to the purchaser for that day’s pre-booked ticket - please email email@example.com to claim a refund.
Under 2s and carers do not require a ticket and will be admitted on the day within your group.
CARERS: One carer is permitted free entry with their guest paying full adult price, however proof of carer ID must be shown upon entry at the farm park to gain free admittance for the carer. This must be in the form
ID from a local council or private care company where the carer works or volunteers
DWP/DLA letter or PIP letter.
Activities, events and services may vary, due to the time of year, weather, ground conditions and other reasons.
Matlock Farm Park is a non-smoking site, including e-cigarettes.
